Information you give us. When you contact us through our website form, by email or by phone, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the studio and this website — currently our hosting provider (Netlify) and Google (Analytics and Ads) — and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for as long as required to deliver the work and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then securely deleted.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@codedbydesign.studio. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
